You can still try to get vk Here though, but i wouldn't even bother.
My instructions would be:
A: Learn English
B: Learn how to use the forum
C: Stop bitching about IRS
D: If there are hackers just fraps them or use /report in-game, you can always get them abned at the forum
E: If you're tired of hackers just quit and come back 20 minutes later or w/e
F: You're not getting admin.
G: You can try to get vk.
H: As i told i don't think you should bother.
I: Just go play, improve your English skills as listed above, be nice to everyone, actually post about hackers, and MAYBE you get vk.
J: Follow these simple steps.
